The Plate Design

The official Foodies of TN specialty plate was designed by Norris Hall and approved by the State of Tennessee.

Meet the designer

Norris Hall is one of the Middle Tennessee area's most commissioned artists. He started Norris Hall Studio in 1987, and he also designed two of Tennessee's Arts Commission specialty plates: Cool Cat and Arts Fish.

Norris donated his time to design the Foodies of TN plate, and the final design has been approved by the State of Tennessee.
